Tom Conley

Hi, I’m Tom Conley, owner of the shop and a licensed ‘Master Barber Manager’.

I’ve been cutting hair for 5 years and graduated from the Labarberia Institute of Hair in Cleveland. My favorite part of this career is meeting people from all walks of life, having great conversations, and helping people leave looking their best and feeling more confident.

Come to Sheers Barbershop for a fresh cut, great conversation, and a welcoming experience. Im grateful for the opportunity to be a small part of your day.

Jake Dever

Hi, I’m Jake, one of the barbers here at Sheers.

I graduated barber school in December of 2025 and started my career here after completing my apprenticeship with Tom. I’m passionate about what I do and always working to grow and refine my skills.

I bring a positive attitude to the shop and enjoy working with everyone who sits in my chair. Whether it’s your first visit or your regular cut, I want you to leave feeling confident and taken care of.
